Employee Assistance Program
When an employee or a family member needs help, where do they turn? An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers help to employees and family members who are in need of assistance. EAP offers counseling services for a wide range of needs. The employer determines how many visits are allowed per year and whether EAP is extended to family members.
Medical Management
The mission of North Idaho Health Network's Medical Management Team is to support our Network physicians in providing the highest quality, most cost effective healthcare possible for the residents of our communities. North Idaho Health Network believes that this can best be accomplished by first, promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles, and secondly, assuring appropriate use of healthcare resources when care is needed. We believe that Primary Care is essential to the success of this mission and encourage all of our members to establish a Primary Care medical home for themselves and their families.
Case Management
North Idaho Health Network provides individual case management for the employees of its clients. Our highly-trained case management staff, through a collaborative process and overseen by a medical director, provides assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s health needs through communication with the health care providers and available resources to promote the best and cost-effective outcomes.
